QUESTION: It's too cheap, what's the catch?
ANSWER: It's understandable to think there would be a catch, but there isn't.

With AMSA, you will be monitored by one of the finest UL Certified Central Stations in the industry, staffed by efficient and helpful professionals. We believe that it's the fastest and most reliable monitoring available at any price.

We choose to charge less and eliminate the need for our customers to have to constantly look for a lower priced service.

QUESTION: If I already have a system, can you monitor it for only $12.95?
ANSWER: In most cases, yes. Our monitoring specialists can reprogram and test almost any system in less than one hour. However, there are some older systems and proprietary systems that require minor equipment upgrades. We can tell you over the phone if your system falls into this category.
 
QUESTION: Do you also install new security systems?
ANSWER: Absolutely. AMSA installs security systems in homes and businesses in and around Atlanta every day. You've probably seen our distinctive Red, White and Blue yard signs in your neighborhood already.

One of our highly trained consultants will do a thorough security analysis of your home. He or she will then make recommendations based on the structure, the number of doors and windows that are vulnerable and what your security concerns are.

 
QUESTION: What kind of warranty do you have?
ANSWER: Most alarm companies only provide a ninety day to one year warranty unless you're willing to pay extra, usually $5.00 or more per month. AMSA provides a full two (2) year parts and labor warranty on new installations!

We believe in our product and our workmanship so it only makes sense to back it up with an exceptional warranty.
 
QUESTION: Do you use subcontractors like most other security companies?
ANSWER: No. All of the personnel who perform installations and service calls are AMSA employees.

We are aware that we might save some money by using "subs", however, by using our own trained technicians, we have more control over quality and the finished product.

 
QUESTION: How experienced are your employees?
ANSWER: Of all the people who enter your home to perform a service, we believe that your security personnel should be the most experienced.

Our president/general manager has been in the residential and commercial security industry for 27 years. All of AMSA's operations, installation management team and it's senior installation technicians have eight to twelve years of experience in the electronic security industry.

We've put the best security team in Atlanta together, so you can rest assured that your protection will be handled properly.

 
QUESTION: How do I pay for your services?
ANSWER: When you purchase a system you may pay by check, Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. With approved credit there are other attractive options available to you also.

Your monitoring is billed quarterly. This can also be paid by check or credit card. For your convenience it can be deducted automatically from your credit card each quarter, if you prefer.
QUESTION: What organizations are you a member of?
ANSWER: AMSA is an active member of the Georgia Burglar & Fire Alarm Association, the National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association, and the Better Business Bureau.
