With your help, he will determine the make and model of your system, answer any questions you may have and set you up with an appointment for one of our technicians to get your service started. During that visit our technician will:

• Install new decals and yardsign
• Program your system to call our central station
• Test your system to be sure that all components are working properly
• Provide an owners manual if you need one
• Change access codes if needed
• Answer any questions you may have regarding additional equipment

If the technician determines that significant repairs are needed he will show you why, give you an approximate idea of what the cost would be, and either proceed with the repairs or leave you with a written estimate. In over 90% of the takeover calls that we do, there is no additional work needed.
